Buzzy Bee is a not-for-profit day care, a home away from home.

We operate as a social enterprise, i.e. our intention is not to be as profitable as possible but to support everyone connected to us in the best way - our children, our staff, our suppliers and last but not least the community of families we are serving.

Our work is guided by the principles of the Reggio approach.

We offer lots of play time with abundance of opportunities for exploration & experimentation in a multilingual environment, allowing our children to learn about the world around them in Arabic, with English or German as 2nd language.

We are using the KIKUS method for all three languages.

We accept children from 3 months to school age.

We practice inclusion and ensure a low child-adult ratio, like in a big family.

Our working hours can be flexible: parents need a daycare that is open while they are working.

Last but not least we do believe that play is the work of children:

play does set the stage for learning, and we make sure that learning is fun!

If you would like to support our work, we can offer you different levels of involvement:

become an investor, join as voluntary staff, serve on of our wisdom council on childhood and learning, support us with in-kind donations ... it needs a village (or a city!) to educate a child ;-)
